The Centre is well placed to undertake contract analysis for external organisations. Research staff utilise state of the art instrumentation which is supplemented by an extensive range of sample presentation hardware including laser ablation, flow injection, LC/uLC, electrophoresis, microcolumn enrichment/ separation technology, microwave dissolution/ extraction systems and high efficiency nebulisers. For many situations selection of the most appropriate sample introduction/presentation route is the key to effective and efficient trace analysis. 

We have an enviable track record working closely with the pharmaceutical industry and CRO’s, our focus being to offer complete analytical support in the pre-clinical phase, e.g., for metallodrugs.
